What allegiance means here
Every agent in this business is paid at closing. That is worth knowing before you hire one, because it means the person advising you also has a reason to want the deal done. Estate Allegiance is kept small on purpose, so the person giving you the advice is the person accountable for it.
- You work with the same person start to finish, from the first call to the closing table.
- If a house has a problem, you hear about it. Drainage, roof age, a layout that will be hard to sell later, all of it before you write an offer.
- You get a straight answer on price, along with the comparable sales it came from, so you can check the reasoning yourself.
- Nobody rushes you. If the better move is to wait a month, that is what we will tell you, even though waiting delays the commission.
- Buying and selling residential property is the whole business. There is no second line of work competing for the calendar.
Where we work
Tallahassee and Leon County, and nowhere else
Inside the city that means Midtown, Betton Hills, Killearn Estates, SouthWood, Myers Park, Ox Bottom Manor, Lafayette Oaks, plus the rest of Leon County around them. Those areas do not behave the same way. A 1950s block house in Myers Park and a 2012 build in SouthWood come with different roof ages, different flood zone answers, different school zoning and different buyers waiting for them. Ask about a specific street and you get an answer about that street, not a citywide average.
