Tell us what you’re trying to do
The form below sends straight to the Estate Allegiance inbox. It is not a lead service, so your details are not resold to other agents. A person reads what you wrote and answers it within one business day. Say whether you are buying or selling, which part of Tallahassee you care about, and roughly when you need to move, and the first reply will be an actual answer instead of a request for more information.

What happens next
- We read the message and reply within one business day. If we need one more thing before we can answer properly, such as the address or your timeline, we ask for it in that first reply.
- Then a call, or coffee if you would rather meet. We ask what you are trying to do and by when, and we tell you where that plan is realistic in this market and where it is not.
- After that you get something concrete. Buyers get a shortlist built from what they told us. Sellers get a price range with the recent Leon County sales it is based on. You decide what happens from there.
Still deciding
Read first, write later
Plenty of people are not ready to hand a phone number to an agent yet, and that is fine. If you are still working out whether this is the year to move, start with the two pages that explain the work itself.
Buying covers what to have in place before you start looking, how an offer gets written here, and what happens between contract and closing. Selling covers how a price gets set, what we do to the house before it goes live, and how showings and offers are handled. If you are doing both at once, read both, because the order you do them in changes what you can afford.
